OUR STORY

When we entered the same first grade classroom back in 1987, we certainly couldn’t have imagined the plans that life had for us nor could life have imagined the plans we would make. After gaining years of experience in event planning in our individual careers, the moment came that we wanted to create something of our own, to combine all the skills accumulated through our experience, blend our creative vision and above all, make the most of all the things that we admire in one another. Therefore, small pieces of us came together to create our own mosaïque.

Our philosophy is that great design and planning are essential to the production of unique and memorable events. Our goal is to collaboratively guide our clients with our knowledge and expertise while maintaining their vision. We achieve this by getting to know each client personally, decoding their needs and expertly translating them into an exceptionally produced event.

With a strong eye for all things design and a fierce belief in letting curiosity and creativity show the way, we are confident you can entrust us with your special moments. We will source our inspiration from you, to create your very own mosaïque, whether a social or a corporate event!

EVENT PLANNING & DESIGN

Planning and designing a social or corporate event can be stressful if you have to wear both hats: the hosts and the planners.
The key to a successful event is to have someone there to handle all of the production aspects so that you can truly host your guests.

EVENT STYLING

We can provide the creative theme and venue décor for a wide range of occasions from large celebrations to intimate soirees.
Our styling aims to meet every brief and budget, reflecting our clients’ personalities and event objectives.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

Don’t stress in your wedding dress!
Our wedding day coordination service is most suited to couples who have planned a majority of their wedding and just need help tying up loose ends, executing the set-up and ensuring the day runs smoothly.

WEDDING PLANNING

So, you said YES! Congrats! Whether you’ve daydreamed about your wedding since you were a child or you have no idea where to begin with the planning, we would love the opportunity to work together and create something unique for you both. We go beyond pretty flower arrangements. We will be your location scouter, vendor curator, budget supervisor, fee negotiator, etiquette advisor, cake tasting attendant (our favorite!), personal stylist and counselor. We will help you define your vision and then bring it all to life with our creative direction. We will guide the entire planning process and then oversee the wedding day from set-up to tear down. Our aim is to make the planning of your wedding as pleasurable and stress free as possible.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

We are caretakers! Let us do the heavy lifting for you and handle the travel arrangements, tours, transfers, restaurant reservations, activities or any special inquiries and needs your guests may have.

Event Operations Manager & Event Stylist

Celina is a dedicated Event Planner and Designer with 10 years of experience in the events industry. She started her career in PR and Marketing. Her background gives her valuable insight in planning events specifically tailored to a wide variety of needs. She is a detail-oriented professional and best known for her exquisite skills in event creation, management, cost control, planning and execution.
Outside of her love for events, she is an animal lover (if you meet Mosaïque, you’ll most probably meet Barca the Beagle as well), sports fanatic, nature lover and frequent traveller. She strongly believes in giving back to the community through volunteering and since her childhood has been a member of the Greek Scouts & Guides.

Creative Director & Event Stylist

Nicole is an accomplished Event Planner and Designer with over 10 years of experience in corporate and social event planning. Prior to devoting herself to her business, she worked, planned, and consulted on events for major event production companies in Greece. She has experience planning and designing events ranging from luxury weddings or intimate soirees, to large scale corporate events and everything in between – she is truly passionate about what she does! Nicole is best known for her organization skills, attention to detail, creative imagination, concept design and contagious enthusiasm. In her spare time Nicole is a wife and mother to a little boy and a doggie. She loves traveling and reading design magazines for new ideas and inspiration.

Our experience over the years has given us insight into the best suppliers for all service areas. We work with some of the finest floral designers, caterers, art directors, graphic designers, sound and light designers, photographers and videographers and collaborate closely on every detail. Our team is not only reliable experts in their fields, but also people passionate about what they do.
